• Clash Detection & Coordination
  Coordination of the structural model with architectural and MEP models, including clash detection reports to reduce design conflicts, RFIs and site rework.​

• Shop Drawings & BOQ
  Clear structural GA drawings, section details and quantity take-offs/BOQs generated from the BIM model to support tendering, estimation and construction.​

• LOD-based, Negotiable Pricing
  Pricing for Structural BIM Services starts from 20 USD and varies with the required Level of Development (LOD) and detailing; rates are negotiable, and clients can contact you through the Contact Us page for an exact project-specific quote
